Hello to all the runners out there.
Just to let you know there are 95 days till the 5K Run!
Applications have been printed & will go out in the mail soon.
I have placed some at the Y@ the VA & the Main YMCA.
If you know of someone that runs tell them about our race.
Always trying to make the VA5K better & bigger.

I live in Jupiter, Florida now, but I still think about all the great races I ran at the VA with all my running friends. On New year's Eve, I became a running great grandfather. I'm not as fast as I use to be, not still running and racing. Keep up the good work. Thank You

Thanx a bunch to all the organizers for this great event; the organization was splendid and l liked every bit of it. What a nice way to honor the vets. Kudos to all, including the race participants

This was my first race ever and I am so happy I chose the VAMC race to make it memorable. The course was great, the race was well organized and everyone was so friendly,
especially the Marines!!! I look forward to running this race for many years, Lord willing!!! Thanks to everyone for making this race so much fun.

Thank you to everyone that made this race possible, this way the eigth time running this race(not consecutive) and I enjoy seeing how many people come out and enjoy the reason why we run and honor the vets. Thank you and hopefully I can make it again next year.
